We understand eating healthy can be a chore and a major change to your current eating habits! People often tell us when changing their diet I don't want to eat just salads! You will be presently surprised that you don't eat only salad there are lots of excellent and delicious foods you can have while eating healthy.  Understanding what foods to eat is a major key to wait loss!  Check out this list of ZERO calories foods you can eat!

 

1. Strawberries:

These are great snacks! Chop them up and add them to a fruit or protein smoothie, oatmeal or salads. These babies are high in antioxidants.
