At DHW we believe that if we give our clients the right tools, support and guidance they can achieve their highest potential! 

We educate our clients about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and teach them how to make lifestyle changes that they can maintain well after they are no longer our clients. We provide a caring and supportive environment that will enable our clients to achieve all of their health, nutrition and fitness goals. We have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.


Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we coach our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. No one diet works for everyone.

We will guide you to find the right foods, lifestyle and fitness choices that best support you. 

DHW will also assist you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Our vision is to assist and educate individuals to lead healthier lives and change current unhealthy behaviors through improving nutrition and fitness. We believe all unhealthy habits can be changed! Whatever your goals are DHW Nutrition & Fitness would love to help you meet them!

Personal Training

DHW offers more than just a one-on-one session to embody a healthy journey. Along with training, unique programs are designed individually for each client to provide long-lasting results

Group Training

DHW offers Private Small Group training of up to four people. Training in small groups provides motivation, accountability, and competitiveness.

Nutrition Planning

Exercise alone cannot make you healthy; diet and nutrition actually play a bigger role. DHW will work with you to create a comprehensive Nutrition Meal Plan to meet your goals.

Online Training

DHW provides Online Fitness Training available whenever you need support. From the moment you sign up, you have direct contact via email or mobile.
